       1、投資估算：

       項目總投資為4500萬元，本項目一期6000萬塊項目總投資2322.63萬元，包括建設投資和鋪底流動資金。需吸引外資2000萬元，自籌資金322.63萬元。

       2、經濟效益預計：

       一期項目投產后，年可生產6000萬塊蒸壓粉煤灰磚，實現銷售收入1680萬元，利稅813.45萬元，其中利潤592.61萬元。

       3、項目進展情況：

      該項目一期工程已經省計委批準立項，目前正處于融資階段。

         Shanxi Jiaokou Yuxin Smelting Co., Ltd is a comprehensive industry group with coal mining, coal washery, coke, iron, gas power plant and brick plant. It can produce 50,000 tons of pig iron yearly and 17 million pieces of dreg brick. The annual output value is 70 million yuan.

         1.Investment Estimate:

       The total investment will be 45 million yuan. The total investment 23.2263 million yuan is for the first phase of producing 60 million pieces of brick. ( construction investment and start-up fund included). Of the total investment, 20 million yuan will be introduced and 3.2263 million yuan self-funded.

         2.Benefit Analysis:

       After the project has been put into operation, it can produce 60 million pieces of coal ash brick yearly. The annual sales income will be 16.8 million yuan, profit and tax 8.1345 million yuan of which 5.9261 million yuan is profit.

         3.Project Progressing Situation:

       The first phase of the project has been established by Shanxi Planning Committee, and at present fund is being introduced.
